Consumer Electronics
Solution Description

With societal progress and the evolution of the times, consumer electronics have become deeply integrated into every aspect of people’s lives. For products that are in close contact with consumers, the control over product quality has become increasingly stringent. International trade has growing environmental protection requirements for consumer electronics, which necessitate that companies minimize the use of toxic substances in production and quality inspection.

•Tests such as RoHS detection, WEEE directive, REACH detection, POPs detection, halogen, EU battery directive, and packaging toxic and hazardous substance detection are issues that companies need to consider during material procurement, production, and quality inspection.

•It is necessary to equip with good X-ray fluorescence spectrometers, infrared spectrometers, Raman spectrometers, thermal analyzers, and electron microscopes for material inspection during production.

•Provide reliability testing and failure analysis equipment, such as temperature and humidity test chambers, thermal shock test chambers, mechanical shock test chambers, electronic universal testing machines, salt spray test chambers, oxygen/water vapor transmission test chambers, and more.

•Provide instruments for radio, electromagnetic, time frequency, length, mechanical, thermal, chemical, optical, acoustic, ionizing radiation metrology, and calibration.
